Spokesperson for Plaque Initiative Crowned Miss Virginia

Savannah Lane captivated the judges and the audience on June 27th in Roanoke, Virginia where she was crowned Miss Virginia 2015. Miss Lane is the official spokesperson for the National Constitution Plaque Initiative and winner of the We the Students Essay Challenge. We all hope this platform will help her win the crown at the upcoming Miss America Pageant taking place in Atlantic City, NJ on September 13, 2015. Miss Lane is a rising junior at the University of Virginia and she hopes to one day serve as an FBI agent and ultimately run for Congress.
